Leslie was always on time. Explained the whole process in our first meeting. Provided explanations for all the required paperwork. Literally responded immediately whenever we called or had questions. During a very difficult time towards the final week before settlement, we had a bad flood in the home, Leslie stayed positive and was very understanding and consoling.
