Selling a property isn't easy. There is a lot know, a lot! Inspections, appraisals, what's up to code, what isn't, what is a realistic asking price and why, offers, counter offers, etc... Lesley was great! Her experience was obvious from our first meeting and a tremendous asset throughout the entire process.
