Selling a property isn't easy. There is a lot know, a lot! Inspections, appraisals, what's up to code, what isn't, what is a realistic asking price and why, offers, counter offers, etc... Lesley was great! Her experience was obvious from our first meeting and a tremendous asset throughout the entire process. She provided excellent guidance on preparing the house for market, coordinated stunning photos and marketing materials, and set a pricing strategy that drew a lot of interest right away. Most importantly, she answered my phone calls 99% of the time, regardless of the day or time. And the 1% she didn't I would get a "I'll call you right back" text before her phone stopped ringing!
