Just some simple questions, then some advice. The first home I found Lesha wrote a very detailed offer with distinct stipulations. When the sellers would not meet those stipulations Lesha went hard and got my earnest money back. Lesha went above and beyond all while following the letter of the law. Every hiccup that came up Lesha was ready with a quick and professional resolution.
