Leonor helped my husband and I with the sale of our condo and the ultimate purchase of our new house. During our initial meeting, Leonor took us through a series of questions to determine our short-term and long-term goals. She recommended a couple of different loan officers, and alongside them, my husband and I were able to decide on the most suitable path for us. She encouraged us to sell our condo for more than what we had initially anticipated and were rewarded wonderfully. During the purchase of our new home, there were a couple of unexpected bumps in the road. When I called her stressed, asking what we should do, she responded, "This is what you have me for". She took care of everything in a way that was practical and beneficial. There was never a time she didn't answer our calls or get the information we asked for. We closed on our house about two weeks ago, and I will always be grateful to her for putting us into our forever home.

Leonor has outdone herself once again! She was instrumental in providing us with the knowledge to sell our home and also the options that came with it. Not only this, but her knowledge of the market was on point. Questions were answered with quick response rates (if not immediately), she over communicated to keep us in the loop of all things, and explained everything in a manner that brought calm, trust, and reliance to us as sellers.
