Leo was the third person that I met with while preparing to list my late fathers home. He was fair and provided me with comps and facts. I was impressed by his straight forward, honest approach. Leo knew that I was having to sell the property quickly and did exactly that. I cleared the house on a Sunday and he had a photographer in there the next day.
