Ms. Lenore was the experienced professional we needed at the time. She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas and very patient. She was a great listener and did her best to meet all our requests. We needed a home that was new, completed, in a great community, less than a 30-minute commute from the job and in the neighboring state of SC. Also, I wanted an owner’s bath with separate vanities, an oversized garage, and a closing in 30 days. We chose 4 homes and ended up selecting our #2 home on the list. After informing her of our choice, she went to the home and videoed her walk through of the home and the neighborhood. Once we received her video, our decision to move forward with the purchase was not difficult at all. She helped us find our “Home Sweet HOME.” We first saw our home in person 4 days before closing. We closed on our home in 37 days. There is no way we could have done this without her. During the entire process, she was a consummate professional.
