I have to say Lenore was an absolute blessing! I couldn’t have asked for anything more.. she covered all bases. She saw me through the entire process until the very end and was very consistent and helpful. She answered my questions, made referrals and recommendations when needed, was available and responsive, was patient, polite, and professional (but also direct and very savvy when it came to communicating with other agents and lender).
