We were dealing with a very “special” sellers realtor and Lenore handled everything with grace and with our best interests in mind. Buying a home is one of the most terrifying, overwhelming, yet joyously exciting new venture in your life. Who you have on your team during this process can make or break your experience. This was my 1st time doing this and from overseas. Lenore was the perfect pick from the beginning. She made herself available to me, understood my needs and wants, found properties that fit my desires and were withing budget, gave honest feedback and insight on area/location/etc. She really was all about me. Was looking at homes on my own, not represented. Found a house wanted to go inside. Texted the Reality Co from the listing. Ms Lenore was quick to pick up the text and respond to my request. She was available & was punctual to show the property. While that house was sold, Lenore kept meeting at homes, she researched the properties would share with me any red flags. Found the right home with Lenore & boy she had my back! Every step she would communicate with the listing agent and explain to me what was occurring.
