A Qualified Agent Makes Buying a Home Easier!

We were under the gun and the clock was ticking! Our home was under contract and we had to find another quickly, to avoid storing our possessions and moving twice. Lenny Sharp understood and gave us his focused attention. We considered a lot of possible choices and he helped us prioritize needs and desires. He scheduled lots (LOTS) of showings and accompanied us, helping us to weigh pros and cons. We vacillated between possibilities and he was patient, understanding and communicative. We knew he was on our side. He negotiated for us, was available by phone consistently and ultimately guided the buying process with the seller's agent and the title company. It was scary, but he held our hand throughout. We hope to not need do it again anytime soon, but if we did, we'd definitely call on Lenny to handle it with us! We highly recommend him to you.
