Lenny was an incredible agent- he went out of his way to help me secure my property- even visiting for me over a holiday weekend to make a video and placing an offer for me quickly. Once in contract, he led me through the entire process, coordinating inspections and helping me interpret them, creating infographic summaries. He was 100% there every step of the way and has so many resources in the community. I highly recommend him and would 100% use him again in a future purchase.

Lenny was great to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. Since I couldn't be there in person, he went to the property himself and recorded a detailed video tour so I could get a good feel for the house. He also helped me adjust and submit my offer quickly, which was a huge help. From there, Lenny stayed involved every step of the way. Lenny was great to work with throughout our home search. He really helped us narrow things down based on what we were looking for: a place we could enjoy ourselves while also using as a short-term rental. Since we were searching from a distance, he regularly sent videos and walkthroughs, which made a huge difference and saved us a lot of unnecessary trips. Once we had a shortlist, we’d drive down to see the properties in person. When we went into escrow, the seller didn’t have an agent, but Lenny did an excellent job helping both sides stay aligned and keeping the process moving smoothly. Communication was always clear and easy, and we really appreciated his guidance throughout the process. We’d happily recommend him.

Lenny was outstanding in his efforts to get us a great deal on a great home. He was quick to respond to our phone calls and texts which kept the process moving along, he was knowledgeable and had a lot of insights on how to address some of the issues and opportunities that came up which got us a better deal, and he was clearly willing to go the extra (many) miles to get us the best house for our family. Would certainly recommend him if you’re in the Yosemite, Mariposa, Madera, or Fresno areas. While this last sale was for a personal residence, we’ll be back to him again when we’re ready to purchase our next STR as well.
