Lenny was great to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. Since I couldn't be there in person, he went to the property himself and recorded a detailed video tour so I could get a good feel for the house. He also helped me adjust and submit my offer quickly, which was a huge help. From there, Lenny stayed involved every step of the way. He coordinated inspections, arranged repairs, and handled communication between me, my loan broker, and the seller's agent. Whenever an issue came up, he was on top of it and made sure things kept moving forward. Buying a home from a distance could have been stressful, but Lenny made the process smooth and manageable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a hardworking, responsive, and trustworthy real estate agent.

Lenny was great to work with throughout our home search. He really helped us narrow things down based on what we were looking for: a place we could enjoy ourselves while also using as a short-term rental. Since we were searching from a distance, he regularly sent videos and walkthroughs, which made a huge difference and saved us a lot of unnecessary trips. Once we had a shortlist, we’d drive down to see the properties in person. When we went into escrow, the seller didn’t have an agent, but Lenny did an excellent job helping both sides stay aligned and keeping the process moving smoothly. Communication was always clear and easy, and we really appreciated his guidance throughout the process. We’d happily recommend him.

While this last sale was for a personal residence, we’ll be back to him again when we’re ready to purchase our next STR as well.
