Lenny was great to work with throughout our home search. He really helped us narrow things down based on what we were looking for: a place we could enjoy ourselves while also using as a short-term rental. Since we were searching from a distance, he regularly sent videos and walkthroughs, which made a huge difference and saved us a lot of unnecessary trips. Once we had a shortlist, we’d drive down to see the properties in person. When we went into escrow, the seller didn’t have an agent, but Lenny did an excellent job helping both sides stay aligned and keeping the process moving smoothly. Communication was always clear and easy, and we really appreciated his guidance throughout the process. We’d happily recommend him.

Would certainly recommend him if you’re in the Yosemite, Mariposa, Madera, or Fresno areas. While this last sale was for a personal residence, we’ll be back to him again when we’re ready to purchase our next STR as well.
