Lenny was great to work with throughout our home search. He really helped us narrow things down based on what we were looking for: a place we could enjoy ourselves while also using as a short-term rental. Since we were searching from a distance, he regularly sent videos and walkthroughs, which made a huge difference and saved us a lot of unnecessary trips. Once we had a shortlist, we’d drive down to see the properties in person. When we went into escrow, the seller didn’t have an agent, but Lenny did an excellent job helping both sides stay aligned and keeping the process moving smoothly.
