Before dedicating his career to real estate, Lennon spent over a decade as an Exercise Physiologist & Health Coach, working with individuals facing obesity, chronic injuries, & chronic illness. His work centered on helping people regain control of their lives by identifying meaningful goals, creating clear roadmaps, and navigating complex transitions with confidence & accountability.
That experience continues to influence his work in real estate today through thoughtful strategy, honest guidance, & steady leadership during life-shaping decisions. Lennon approaches real estate as a long-term lifestyle advisory, not a one-time transaction. Whether guiding first-time buyers, assisting families through major transitions, or advising clients on strategic real estate investments, every recommendation is made with alignment in mind—ensuring each move supports the life his clients want to build, not just the deal in front of them.
