Len is a truly amazing realtor! He really takes the time to listen to his clients and makes sure they get everything they want.Len made sure he constantly kept communication with me through the process of my closing, i never felt out of the loop. There were a few issues with the lender that increased the time it took to close on the property and len was extremely patient through it all i never felt like bother, i could tell Len genuinely cared.it was an extreme pleasure working with Len and i fully recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.

Len is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with. He always got back to me same day, which is incredible based on my past experience. Len wasn't trying to just sell me a house. He was helping me find a home. He took the time to educate me and answered all my questions. He was incredibly helpful and professional. It was truly a wonderful experience. Hi I want to let you know that Len Finelli is the best realtor in Ohio. We had been looking for a new home for about 8 months with another realtor who did nothing for us. We were about to give up when we saw a house on Zillow we clicked the button to see the property and we received and e-mail from Lin Finelli in about 2 minutes. He called us the nest day and we set up a meeting with him. He was so helpful and nice he answered all our questions even the stupid ones.
