If I could I would give Leigh Whiteman and her team 100 stars they are beyond excellent.
I have dealt with Leigh for 2 difficult sales. Both were as is property, she went above and beyond to make both properties sell. She had to deal with me, her client, calling with questions relating to selling, probate, lawyers, if she did not have the answers when I called they were answered later that day. With last property she had 9 owners which made the process last 3 years. Leigh was available with all our needs and questions. I can not say enough about Leigh and her professionalism and her knowledge of real estate. She just makes everything happen and is very sensitive to your needs.
