We worked with Leigh Ann in two capacities, the first as our rental property manager and secondly as our realtor. As our property manager, Leigh Ann aided us with a solid client base. She's a strong advisor and provided comprehensive market information to aid us with the best decisions. Any questions were answered with experience and objectiveness. We were reminded of key important property services for items like furnace checks, any issues with key household alarms and sprinkler services to safeguard our client with competitive rates. When any type of service was needed for maintenance, I could count on Leigh Ann to have a strong network of reliable providers to help us quickly with the everyday items that occur with properties. Those providers were highly responsive, and Leigh Ann would get me the right information about what was needed. Her abilities and guidance were truly impressive and appreciated! Leigh Ann also worked with us a realtor and counseled us with the current status of market conditions and current approaches to sale activity. She again, provided a comprehensive market analysis and gave us strong guidance on what she was seeing as important to buyers so we could take actions we felt good about on improvements. Leigh Ann also aided us with understanding the current market situation with various attributes of what was occurring with offers for our final decisions. Leigh Ann Johnson had managed a rental property for us for several years, and based on her track record in that capacity we chose her to sell our home and we're very glad we did. Her integrity, work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail is above reproach and puts her head and shoulders above anyone we've ever worked with. She was very patient and professional in guiding us through the selling of our home, from beginning to end, and remained focused and pleasant throughout the process. There is so much to say about Leigh Ann, I'm wondering if I can articulate accurately the amazing experience I had with Leigh Ann. I will give a little background on my history with Leigh Ann and then my experience with Leigh Ann selling my home. I got to know Leigh Ann when she was the property manager of my townhome. Prior to my father passing away, I rented my townhome as I needed to live with and was the main caretaker for my father. For anyone who is a caretaker, I know you can understand the stress of the situation. I wanted a management company that was a full-service provider so that I would not have the stress involved with managing an investment property. The Universe must have been looking out for me when they sent Leigh Ann into my life. She was the most professional, proactive, highly organized and highly responsive property manager I could ever hoped for. She managed my property for several years and her service were always top notch and her advice/guidance spot-on making everything seamless as a property owner. With all the stress in my life with my caretaking responsibilities to my highly stressful job, I knew when I needed to sale my home, she was the real estate agent I wanted to work with. Let me tell you, I have bought and sold many houses in different states and I've never had the exceptional "white glove" experience I had with Leigh Ann. Again, the sale of my home was under extremely stressful circumstances. I had a childhood friend diagnosed with stage 4, terminal cancer and she was estranged from her family. The caretaking and admitting my friend to hospice combined with my stressful job, I thought the situation would be one of the most stressful of my life. That was not meant to be. Leigh Ann stepped in and hired, experienced, trustworthy contractors to update my townhome (painting, new carpet, new light fixtures, new bathroom and kitchen granite, staging, etc.). My house sold in 2 days and above asking price!!!!

My husband and I have worked with Leigh Ann on four real estate transactions. We bought and sold two homes. Prior to the purchase of the first home we lived out of state. When we would visit Colorado Leigh Ann would spend the day with us visiting numerous homes. We did this on several occasions. She was always a willing, positive participant. Leigh Ann is very familiar with the process of buying and selling. She follows up and resolves all outstanding issues. Leigh Ann is "on top of things" and always got back to us when we had a question or concern. She cares. She takes her job and her clients seriously. During negotiations she is a strong advocate for her client, but also knows that ultimately it is the clients call. Denver is a huge market. I do not think any realtor can know Denver and all of the suburbs intimately so a four star rating for local knowledge is very good.
