Lei was actually a representative for the counterparty, but she was very accommodating, responsive, and knowledgeable. Even though she represented the seller, she went above and beyond to show me houses that I requested as well as others that she listed that would be a fit for us, and accommodated our schedule. Since our move was into an entirely new community, she provided resources, answered questions, and addressed our many concerns promptly.
