Lei was actually a representative for the counterparty, but she was very accommodating, responsive, and knowledgeable. Even though she represented the seller, she went above and beyond to show me houses that I requested as well as others that she listed that would be a fit for us, and accommodated our schedule. Since our move was into an entirely new community, she provided resources, answered questions, and addressed our many concerns promptly. She also introduced us to the group that we ultimately went with for our financing - not in a pushy way, but just provided us resources in her network.
