She did a great job re-arranging things, adding flowers, plants, bed covers, and towels in the bathroom. She moved things around so it didn't look cluttered, and made the house look more inviting. She also did a great deal of research of comparable homes in our area before we decided on an asking price. When it came to getting an offer, she walked us through everything, and explained to us what needed to be done to the house for the new owner to complete the sale. Because of her professionalism, we sold the house on the first day, slightly above the asking price. I will recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house in the Rocky Mount area.
