We've been searching for a home with Leeann for over two years and can't really express how wonderful she has been. Unfortunately, the deal could not be completed due to our buyer in Florida backing out. Nonetheless, Leeann continued working with us to find a house in the Rocky Mount area. Leeann Miller was a huge factor in making my first home buying experience quite joyful. She has an enthusiastic, genuine approach to helping you find your home. More importantly, she is extremely knowledgeable on all facets of the home buying experience. She accurately predicted multiple crucial points of my process such as acceptable offers to make, wait times on offers, willingness of sellers to cover a certain percentage of closing costs, acceptable requests to sellers on costs of repairs after inspection and so much more. Leeann’s attention to detail when it comes to contracts and all official and unofficial documents is flawless. This is a crucial aspect of the process especially for first time buyers like myself. Leeann will make sure you are aware of and understand every page of all documents you are responsible for. And there are a lot of documents. If you are unsure of anything on these documents, Leeann will patiently and clearly explain it to you. I did not realize the importance of a strong real estate agent going into the home buying process. I thought extensive research and my own personal efforts would be more than adequate. Leeann did not choose where I decided to relocate to or what type of home to buy. What she did was superbly handle every other aspect of my home buying experience, minus the loan, so that I could calmly and rationally choose the home of my dreams without stressing about the business aspect of it all. Lastly, my budget was very low. However, I never felt in the slightest way that I was being treated any differently than someone who was looking to buy a home for five times the amount I was. I always felt appreciated and respected for whatever business it was that I was bringing. Relocating 600 miles away from the only home you’ve known is challenging. Leeann was essential in making this move so much smoother than I ever thought it would be and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great RE agent.
