This is our second time working with Mrs. LeeAnn Miller, and both times purchasing a home have gone incredibly smooth. She’s easy to work with, caring, and very thorough throughout the entire process. We've been searching for a home with Leeann for over two years and can't really express how wonderful she has been. She's always been readily available to schedule showings (Sometimes even would show us a potential home on the very same day). She's incredibly personable and was really understanding of our home needs. We just closed on our house recently and couldn't be much happier. From the very beginning Leeann was a go getter. She stayed on top of all the paperwork and contacting everyone that needs to be involved. Leeann was great to deal with. Our first contact with Leeann was in October 2023 when we contracted to buy a lot in Rocky Mount. Unfortunately, the deal could not be completed due to our buyer in Florida backing out. Nonetheless, Leeann continued working with us to find a house in the Rocky Mount area. I need to add, a lot of this was done by emails, text messages and phone calls as we still lived in Florida. We finally made another trip to Rocky Mount and Leeann had lined up several houses to look at and we found a house to purchase.
