LeeAnn worked for us as a buyers’ agent when we bought our first property, and then again as the listing agent when we sold it because of a relocation for work. Both experiences were outstanding. One of LeeAnn’s strongest qualities is her commitment to the well-being of her clients, which she demonstrates through frequent, attentive communication, detailed discussions about priorities and house maintenance and value, and fierce negotiations during the contact phase. As a first-time buyer and seller, I would not have known the range of things to ask for, or how hard to argue for a certain point. She confidently and deftly got us an advantageous position in both buying and selling.
