LeeAnn worked for us as a buyers’ agent when we bought our first property, and then again as the listing agent when we sold it because of a relocation for work. Both experiences were outstanding. In both, she drew upon her decades of work in the area and industry, pointing out construction and mechanical flaws, maintenance issues, and a wide variety of other issues we wouldn’t have thought to look for. She ended up helping us buy a house at a really excellent value, and we didn’t experience any buyer’s remorse. She also checked in with us periodically about the state of the house, for example during the first rain storm after we moved in, she reminded us to go to the attic to check for leaks. When we sold, she made expert recommendations for small improvements, staging, and photography. We got multiple offers over asking within just a day and a half of listing. One of LeeAnn’s strongest qualities is her commitment to the well-being of her clients, which she demonstrates through frequent, attentive communication, detailed discussions about priorities and house maintenance and value, and fierce negotiations during the contact phase. As a first-time buyer and seller, I would not have known the range of things to ask for, or how hard to argue for a certain point. She confidently and deftly got us an advantageous position in both buying and selling. We are so grateful for LeeAnn, who helped us not only make home ownership a reality for us, but also put us in a position to be confident owners.
