LeeAnn did a wonderful job helping us understand everything as first time home buyers. She was readily available whenever we had questions about anything and really helped break down the whole process into manageable chunks. She was a blast to work with and was extremely pleasant! She really helped ease my occasional nerves and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us in buying our first home! I could not be happier with how everything went and turned out. I truly believe that the whole experience would have been worse without LeeAnn.

LeeAnn was a referral from my realtor in Texas. Man did we get lucky. Even through all the COVID scare...the hot market...and a plethora of other issues...LeeAnn stepped up and met our challenge. We were able to close escrow one day early in Newhall on our house on Eleven Court, and one day early on our escrow in Bakersfield, and both closed concurrently due to LeeAnn's efforts. The certainty of it made it easy to plan for our date for the mover to pick up our belongings and move to Bakersfield. One last thing, between us and the moving company, we left a few things in the house, and Lee Ann made a quick walkthrough after we were gone, and picked up a few items for us. We met with LeeAnn at her office about a week later, and picked up the items LeeAnn rescued for us. Not THAT is SERVICE, WITH A SMILE. Thanks again, LeeAnn. We owe you a lunch if you ever make it to Bakersfield.

LeeAnn not only went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and all of my needs were met; she also governed herself throughout the entire process with kindness, finesse, efficiency, and grace. I have already recommended her services to my brother-in-law and my best friend; both of which will be first-time home buyers.
