We were able to close escrow one day early in Newhall on our house on Eleven Court, and one day early on our escrow in Bakersfield, and both closed concurrently due to LeeAnn's efforts. One last thing, between us and the moving company, we left a few things in the house, and Lee Ann made a quick walkthrough after we were gone, and picked up a few items for us.
