I could write a novel praising LeeAnn for the hard work and dedication she puts forth. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional; she has a personable quality that makes you feel you are being helped by a friend. My first home buying experience was phenomenal. She listened to what I was looking for in a home and was great with suggestions on things I never would have thought of. She is with you every step of the way. There was never a moment a question was left unanswered or a phone call not returned the same day. She was there at my closing to make sure all paperwork was correct and explain any questions. She will treat you like family and ease any stress you may have. I will not recommend anyone but her!

Lee Ann sold her house and Nokomis and she was wonderful. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Living in Rhode Island we decided to find a home in Florida and make "the big move". Lee Ann came highly recommended. Surely buying from out of state has its challenges but Lee Ann went above and beyond to make it so incredibly easy for us. Amy time of the day I could call and she always had the answer. We came down for a weekend to look at houses and she new just what we wanted. We found our dream home! I ended up switching the mail a little too soon and as Lee Ann does, she went above and beyond and even picked my mail up until we got here. She really went so above and beyond and what a smooth transition because of her. Not only did she find our dream house but has so many connections as far as bug companies, pool guys, and anything else you could think of. Moving to another state can be a little scary but she made not so scary. I have recommended her to family and friends that wanted to move here too. They have all been so pleased.
