We could not have asked for a better realtor. LeeAnn is knowledgeable, attentive, and very accommodating. She made the process of buying from far away as easy as possible. Once we purchased she still provided us with needed information and great recommendations on people and services.

Lee-Ann is great. She did everything I asked her to do and more. She enabled me to sell my rental house in Florida without having to leave my home in Nevada. She did everything! Coordinated with and picked up the keys from my former tenants, met the locksmith, roofing contractor, landscaper, more. At one point when I was talking to her on the phone she was going around the yard picking up shingles from Hurricane Ian. I asked her to take specific pictures of the house which she did including videos. She was always courteous, professional and prompt. Anytime I would call or text, day or night, she was right there. She always kept me up to date with showings and input from potential buyers. Getting to the closing table was difficult due to numerous title insurance issues but she assured me we would get there and we did. All this before, during and after Hurricane Ian when her house had major issues. Thank you Lee-Ann! Highly recommended.

LeeAnn was amazing from start to finish. She represented us as the sellers. Our selling process was not easy (no fault of LeeAnn) - Hurricane Ian hit 3 days after we listed our home, and we had significant issues with our buyers. Despite everything, LeeAnn went above and beyond on keeping us updated as she was in contact with the buyer’s agent and lender daily until the house closed.
