Five stars across the board for this fine Southern gentleman, who not only knows his way around the real estate business and its many (and complex) transactions, but even more importantly, he is made of the stuff that any client wants in their agent -- integrity, honesty, professionalism, excellence, responsiveness, sensitivity, and understanding. In our particular situation, we needed to sell our house quickly, and Lee was instrumental in making that happen, every step of the way -- from the listing to the marketing to the staging to the open house to the contract negotiations to the closing . . . and every little step in between. It's also important to note that, thanks to Lee's good work, we got our asking price . . . in a market that was getting tougher and tighter by the day, particularly as interest rates began to rise. We are grateful for Lee's help, and recommend him without hesitation to anyone else looking for a realtor.
Lee was awesome! We initially contacted him in March knowing we wouldn't be ready to sell until June. He started working with us immediately to build the 'to-do' list so we could sell our house for the best possible price. Throughout the process he was supportive, recommending financing options to explore if we decided to buy a new house. We never felt rushed in the process but he kept us moving toward our goal. When it came down to crunch-time he even came over to help us with yard work! The whole process went very smoothly and we sold for what we wanted in spite of the interest rates going up!Additional info: Lee listened to our criteria to help us find houses in our budget that met our desires. He also helped us explore rentals as an alternative to buying. Lee was an absolute pleasure to work with earlier this year on a fairly complex transaction. We completed selling a property in one state and needed to do a 1031 exchange into another state. We were quickly running up against the deadline to identify replacement properties in a market that was hotter than anticipated, and no prospects in sight. Lee was quick to take our requirement and recalibrate his searches until we were able to only focus on properties of interest. He knows the Atlanta area and market well, and would not hesitate to point out when properties were not priced well and why, or where we could expect a bidding frenzy. He was able to bring several off-market deals to our attention as well. Because of Lee we ended up with two winning bids and had the luxury of picking the better option before our 1031 deadline expired. We would highly recommend Lee as he is easy to work with, works quickly and is very responsive, and simply gets things done.
