Lee was very attentive to us in our search for a house. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find options that could work for our family. He was very available to us with finding a new home. He also worked extensively with us to sell our home and make it as competitive as possible.

Lee was outstanding, from the beginning of our home search to closing on our home!!! We had a pretty daunting list of requirements, and Lee really came through for us and found us a home that we are happy with and works for our family! He was very patient, knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to find the right home for us!!! His expertise in the field was instrumental in determining and negotiating the purchase price, and his guidance and advice throughout the entire process were invaluable! I couldn't be any more pleased with the process and his expertise!

Lee was an excellent partner in a fairly unusual situation, essentially a private sale on behalf of an estate. Everything about the process ran smoothly. We got to the closing table with no issues, with everyone happy about the outcome. Can't ask for more than that.

It will tough to find someone in this profession as good as him! I would highly recommend (believe me) when I say this as I had my doubts using realtors in the past!!

In our particular situation, we needed to sell our house quickly, and Lee was instrumental in making that happen, every step of the way -- from the listing to the marketing to the staging to the open house to the contract negotiations to the closing . . . and every little step in between. It's also important to note that, thanks to Lee's good work, we got our asking price . . . in a market that was getting tougher and tighter by the day, particularly as interest rates began to rise.
