Smooth process

I really appreciated how the whole process was so smooth and easy going. Especially considering we moved out of state and couldn't always be physically present. She was always on top of everything and took a lot of the stress and worries from us, the sellers. She is very professional, a good communicator, but most of all I appreciated her kindness. I remember how she made sure she got to say goodbye to our son (7), upon our farewells. It's a small thing, but it shows the kind of person she is. To me that matters a lot.
