I really appreciated how the whole process was so smooth and easy going. Especially considering we moved out of state and couldn't always be physically present. She was always on top of everything and took a lot of the stress and worries from us, the sellers. She is very professional, a good communicator, but most of all I appreciated her kindness. I remember how she made sure she got to say goodbye to our son (7), upon our farewells. It's a small thing, but it shows the kind of person she is. To me that matters a lot.

She answered questions often before they were even asked. She responded quickly and accurately when posed with a question that came up for me during the purchasing process. She made excellent recommendations of the inspector we used and made arrangements for me to meet the inspector at the home when he was done with his work. He was able to go over in person with me all of the details of what he had found, what potentially to do with an issue and what method he would use to improve a situation. I had never been invited to meet with a home inspector in the past and this added touch was significant in making me more comfortable and informed during the purchasing process. She was patient with me also. We toured nearly ten different homes in person, made offers on two that did not work out and finally found the "perfect" place in a great Bellingham neighborhood.
