Lee was fantastic! She was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! She went above and beyond what I had experienced with real estate professionals in the past. She answered questions often before they were even asked. She responded quickly and accurately when posed with a question that came up for me during the purchasing process. She made excellent recommendations of the inspector we used and made arrangements for me to meet the inspector at the home when he was done with his work. He was able to go over in person with me all of the details of what he had found, what potentially to do with an issue and what method he would use to improve a situation. I had never been invited to meet with a home inspector in the past and this added touch was significant in making me more comfortable and informed during the purchasing process. She was patient with me also. We toured nearly ten different homes in person, made offers on two that did not work out and finally found the "perfect" place in a great Bellingham neighborhood. When issues came up during the purchasing process she was a strong and knowledgable advocate for me and worked to improve the quality of my purchase along the way.
