Lee makes himself very available by phone or in person and keeps in contact and returns calls and gets answers to questions. He is easy going and friendly. He is knowledgeable and no-nonsense about making a deal. My transaction went quick and smoothly. The only small issue I had was never being reimbursed $100 for moving truck rental as agreed in spite of submitting the documentation but I'm sure that was an oversight by an office worker. If I needed a realtor again I would call Lee first.
