Lee is in-tune with the market and knows how to sell a house, but the other staff working on closing and legal documents are incompetent making the process of selling a real nightmare. Lots of back and forth over calls, texts, emails, "You never got my text?" was something I received daily. I wish I chose another agent because most of the hands-on work wasn't with him but the other staff.
