Lee Ginsburg

My wife and I have worked with Lee both as our buyer's agent, and then as our Seller's agent. When we worked with him for the 1st time 5 years ago, we were less experienced. Lee was patient with us. We were never rushed or pressured. Due to the market back then, we reviewed many listings, and put in quite a few offers. Lee was always on time at our appointments, both in the field and at the office, and we never had issues with the paperwork. With his help we bought a good property that served it's purpose for us quite well. When it came time to sell this year, Lee quickly found us a great buyer, whose circumstances allowed for an expedited close. And with all that, Lee was still cautious, reminding us about the downsides of selling ...
