We interviewed 3 different realtors and Lee was the only one willing to list ata higher price point to start. We were even offered $5000 over that amount so we were very pleased. With this being our first experience as sellers, we probably could have used more contact and specific instructions from Lee at each step but he always answered us promptly if we asked a question.
