Mr Blackston helped us find and purchase a home in Fort Myers last year. We were referred by our realtor in Pennsylvania. She had worked with him to find her new home in Naples. We contacted him first by email and then by phone. We worked out the details of our likes and dislikes and before we arrived we had a list of prospective properties to review and refine. We were on a tight schedule but by the end of two weeks we had a short list, made offers, negotiated, and bought what has turned out to be a perfect house for us. He subsequently guided us through the closing process and oriented me to the start-up process of home ownership in south Florida, which is somewhat different than in Pennsylvania. Finding the perfect house is not a coincidence, and I am going to be grateful to Mr Blackston for a long time. He gets my unqualified top recommendation.
