My husband and I connected with Lee randomly. I did an internet search for properties in Florida and he responded and that began a very positive experience. I can honestly say he was a blessing in disguise! Aside from being efficient, knowledgeable, prompt and very friendly, he was genuine and the opposite of "pushy!" He was more than willing to spend time with us and prepared somewhere upwards of 20 properties in 2.5 days.He answered my calls and questions ( and there were many) very quickly. When we found something we really liked he then, took it upon himself to find more properties in the same area that were similar but substantially less expensive! That was when we knew he was genuinely trying to help us find something that we loved and could comfortably afford. His guidance when negotiating with the owners was fair yet, aggressive and we got our property for even less than we had anticipated.
