Lee Ann is seriously the best real estate agent in the entire Atlanta area. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to make the right minor remodels to our home to sell our house for tens of thousands of dollar more than we were originally hoping for when first deciding to sell. She handled all of the logistics of listing, staging, showing, and negotiating our home. We hardly had to do anything! - She goes the extra mile. There were many times when we had to get something done to the house (cleaning, remodel, etc) and Lee Ann helped us coordinate those services. How many real estate agents do that?!
