LeeAnn did a great job helping me sell my parents house after my dad passed. It was complicated with bad weather causing damage, the fact that I live out of state and the roof warranty process that we had to endure. Through it all she was very helpful, working with the buyers to come to a resolution on outstanding issues before closing. If I had an issue or a question she was always available and helped me to track down any information that I needed to maintain and sell the house in a timely fashion. She provided current market analysis and assisted us in establishing a selling price. The advertising of the house was by a flyer in a box outside in the front yard of the house; on line; and an open house. LeAnn communicated with us frequently with updates on the interest in the house as well as the changes in the housing market. We sold the house for less than the initial price since there is a downturn in the housing market overall.
