I was managing the sale of my mom’s property and Lee Ann was very considerate and thoughtful about my situation. Her knowledge of the area market was spot on and once she did her analysis we got many offers and the best possible price for a solid built, but dated home. She has professionals at the ready to help you clean out, spruce up, or fix features that need attention before the sale of the home. All the contractors she used were as professional as Lee Ann. Toward the end of this sale there was a very bad hail storm. Lee Ann helped me work with the home owner’s insurance and the house only closed one week later than expected, which considering the damage to all of the houses in the area, was remarkable.
