Leann Zahn went out of her way to coordinate our resent real estate transactions. We were selling a large tract of vacant land and seeking to purchase a small lot. She managed to find a buyer for the large tract within one day, which enabled us to made an offer for the smaller lot. There were some issues with the fence line on the large tract, but this was quickly remedied to the buyer's satisfaction. Both closings were completed without concerns on the same day. We are extremely grateful for Leann's guidance and help in both the sale and the purchase processes.
