Leanne worked hard to find a buyer at my desired price. She was successful but FEMA threw us both a curve. It seems that somewhere along the past years FEMA had designated the property to be in a 100yr flood zone. This substantially reduced the sales value and therefore her commission and my return on the property were reduced accordingly. Her integrity would not allow her to offer the property without disclosing the flood zone designation. I very much respect her honesty and integrity.
