Leanne worked hard to find a buyer at my desired price. She was successful but FEMA threw us both a curve. It seems that somewhere along the past years FEMA had designated the property to be in a 100yr flood zone. This substantially reduced the sales value and therefore her commission and my return on the property were reduced accordingly. Her integrity would not allow her to offer the property without disclosing the flood zone designation. I very much respect her honesty and integrity.

Leann was a very knowledgeable and professional agent with a real flair for staging the home to make it look the best it can. She took the time to answer all our questions and we trusted her with helping us make the decisions that needed to be made. She is an excellent agent
