Leah is absolutely great. When we sold our house she helped us strategize and work out when to put our house on the market, what sort of work to do ahead of time, and did amazing advertisement not only on the internet, but also in a newspaper and additionally hired a videographer to put together a very professional video showing off the house. Leah and John represented us as both buyers and sellers and were total rockstars. Before we could even sell our existing home we needed to find another home with some very specific requirements. It took quite some time for us to find exactly what we wanted and, when we finally did, the asking price was far outside our budget. However, John and Leah encouraged us to do our research and give it a shot. Not surprisingly, we got a counter that we simply couldn't manage and thanked the sellers for their time. However, a few days later, we were pleasantly surprised when the sellers ultimately decided to take our offer after all. Once we got settled into our new home, John and Leah quickly switched gears to help us sell our original home. After taking a month to do inspections, repairs, and staging, they got us a non-contingent offer within 9 days after listing. There were definitely bumps along the way with both homes but Leah and John showed amazing patience and perseverance throughout the entire process. We really couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.
Leah is fantastic!!! I knew she was great when she asked my wife and me what type of homes we grew up in and what were the good/bad things about those homes. Leah handled the sale of my Mother's home with excellent professionalism from start to finish. She initially met with me to discuss my desires as well as sharing various options available. Once we determined to do some minor upgrades and remodeling, she coordinated and supervised all the areas including contractors, staging, cleaning and selecting fixtures for the finished product.
