We met Leah at an open house in the Oakland Hills. She was honest and up front about the market and different opportunities but never pushy. When it came time to purchase our home in Concord, we reached out to Leah randomly and made an urgent request to see a home that had been listed that day. Within moments Leah responded and got us a showing. We made an offer that night. Sadly, we came in second but Leah remained supportive and reminded us what a competitive market it was. Two days later, we found our dream home. Just like 3 days prior, we made a same day request to see the new house, we fell in love. Leah knew we wanted the home and immediately got on the phone with the seller’s realtor. She was able to convince the sellers to take a preemptory offer and not accept anything but back up. The best part, is she also got a number from the seller’s that saved quite a bit from what we planned to offer. After that, we only had 7 days for inspections and Leah’s team made it happen. They were with us the whole way and 21 days later we were living in our wonderful home. We cannot say enough about the professionalism, effectiveness, and knowledge of this team. I worked with Leah to buy my home in Oakland and she was a great realtor. I had initially been going to open houses by myself and none of the realtors were very friendly or helpful and then one day I went to an open house which Leah was hosting and immediately she came over to me and was warm and helpful. Leah then became my realtor and showed me around all areas in Oakland (I had been living in San Francisco) and really helped me get a feel for what area I might want to be in. She wasn't pushy, she wasn't condescending, and she was always helpful, informative and quick to answer any questions. She was a great realtor and I will definitely use her again in the future. There are many realtors that don't really care about their customers and only see the commission. Leah is not like that. I would highly recommend her services.
