Leah Silva

This is my third home, working with Leah I could tell she is knowledgeable and passionate. She made herself available via text, phone or email. I liked how she is detailed in the paper work, asking questions that we might not be aware are important. I had some issues/ inconvenience at the closing of the house. I expressed my worries and Leah took immediate action to fix the issue. During the time of inspection, I also requested additional inspections, and she accommodated to my needs. Leah is informative and delightful to work with. I will highly recommend her.

Leah has been our realtor for years and she always stayed in touch even when we weren’t buying or selling. Leah is wonderful her knowledge of real estate is excellent and I will always and forever be a client.

Leah made selling our home a smooth and straightforward experience. She developed a well-planned marketing strategy, priced the house competitively, coordinated professional photos and open houses, and helped us sell above asking price in just two weeks. She was easy to work with, communicated clearly, and proactively followed up throughout the entire process, so we always knew what was happening. The sale went very smoothly, and her preparation and guidance made the experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend Leah to anyone selling a home, especially first-time sellers.

We saw six houses in one day and we were able to make an offer the following week! We closed escrow within 21 days! Fantastic agent I highly recommend

Leah did an outstanding job selling my property. She was patient and attentive to the process and to me.

When it came time to make an offer, she provided thoughtful guidance and handled negotiations with professionalism and skill. We would confidently recommend Leah to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate professional.
