Leah helped my family sell my father's apartment after he passed away. He owned a 1 bedroom apartment in Rossmoor and we did not know how to list it in this specialized community. Leah knew just what to do and gave us clear instructions on how to prepare to sell the home. Once we determined that the title was clear and in my father's trust she helped us stage it perfectly. We then discussed price and she had done a ton of research on units like ours in the community and what they sold for. She suggested an excellent price which positioned us perfectly in the market. The unit got immediate interest. One offer looked like it was going to go through but got complicated on the buyers end . Leah continued forward undeterred and had another excellent offer within the week. We really did not know how to or want to handle any of the details other than signing the sellers papers. She took care of everything and would text us if a decision needed to be made. Leah got us a great offer on the unit and handled the sale smoothly. She was friendly and listened carefully to what we wanted. We were grateful for her help and her support as we adjusted to the loss of our father. Leah is the best!
