We bought a house from another state with her help, and we were worried it would be difficult, frustrating, and disappointing. Here's just one example of her responsiveness: When we found a house we were interested in, she would quickly visit the property on our behalf, shoot video of the inside and outside, and post the videos online for us to evaluate.
