Leah helped the reviewer sell this property

Terrific! Leah is a great listener and communicator

I never intended to sell to a flipper and I think my 1st realtor referred me to Leah because of my resistance. Leah listened to me carefully, told me about the market and why a “investor” would be most likely to complete a sale in a few months, and yet made it clear that it was my decision to make. This persuaded me to give it a try. She was easy to reach, ever cheerful and explained things clearly instead of simply expecting me to follow her advice. I got a fair price for my property “as is.” She saved me so much time and trouble associated with updating my property to the standard buyer’s expect in today’s market. I recommend her highly!!!
