Leah was everything you could ask for in selling your home. She was extremely thoughtful and caring in helping my mom downsize and sell her home that was very sentimental and needed the touch of someone who was market savvy but also willing to be patient and gracious through the journey of selling their family home. She did her research on the surrounding house market and offered great insight in selling a home. She was a great communicator that was always up front and honest as well as very personable. When she had issues arise that would create hurdles in the sale of the home, she was great at addressing them and finding solutions. She had a great network of people she could utilize to help get your home to sell ready. Leah was also hands on in really helping stage the home, as well as having open house events. I believe that was key to us getting our home sold speedily and for what we were asking for. I would highly recommend Leah to anyone looking for an honest and hard working real estate agent to entrust the sale of their home to. You can’t go wrong with having Leah on your side!

This transaction was quite difficult because no one had lived in the house for two years and the seller had never lived there. Maintenance had been delayed and the seller had never claimed the hail damage to the roof, but I needed it replaced per the inspection. Leah dealt well with the seller's agent even though negotiation was extremely tedious. She totally protected my interests. I will definitely use her in the selling of my prior home at an acceptable price point.

Leah's market knowledge is good but her knowledge of Larkspur as a niche market seemed to grow as we worked with her. Her ability to stage our home was excellent although it did cost a lot of money to paint the entire house and get it empty and fixed up. Our timing in the "seller's market" was just a little off (2 months too late) to get the best price but no one could have guessed interest rates would be raised twice during our listing.

Leah is a rockstar! She is professional, organized, available and creative in her approach. She helped us get more out of the sale of our house than we thought possible. And, as we search for a new home, she has proven herself to be just as valuable in that process. On top of that, she is kind and caring about our desires. We might be a bit biased but we think she is the best realtor out there!
