We were interested in purchasing either a single family home, villa, or condominium in either the Tampa, south Hillsborough, Bradenton, or Sarasota area. Two requirements were natural gas cooking and flood zone “X”. Because we were selling our home in Texas, retiring, and re-locating, we needed to conduct as much of the searching as possible by remote means (very accurate searches, which we tweaked several times to get our listings “Goldilocks-like just right”). Lea was highly responsive throughout, and was especially good at taking all feedback to constantly adjust what she was providing to us.
